Natural resources plundered

There is great debate and talk of a national crisis in Brendan Howlin’s efforts to extract €300m from public sector pay.

Natural resources plundered

According to the Marine Institute, 88% of all fish taken from the Irish zone is taken by foreign vessels.

In 2012 our Marine Institute said they take € 1.18bn per annum.

When will ministers Howlin and Coveney, and others, tackle this haemorrhage of our national resources?

Just think of the jobs that would flow, not to mention the cash.
