The EPA has found that the quality of some drinking water has fallen dangerously in recent years. Farming is a primary contributory factor, as are forestry, wind farms, and one-off housing.

Whether we like it or not, we will eventually have to tackle these issues in a realistic way. Why wait until we have to ration drinking water?
