Wearing lycra does nothing for cyclists

Maybe the Road Safety Authority could make another advert regarding cyclists.

Wearing lycra does nothing for cyclists

The most offending thing, as a driver, to witness is their insistence on wearing lycra. Cyclists take note: you are not in the Tour De France and cycling around the back-arse of nowhere, while wearing Lycra, on a miserable morning, does nothing to convince us otherwise.

If we want to reduce accidents on our roads, a good place to start would be to outlaw Lycra for all novice cyclists, so drivers will not be distracted by their ridiculous attire.
