Is new driving permita ‘licence’ to print money?

I’m sure every taxpayer agrees this EU-driven, probably Government-steering-committee-led, new credit card-sized driving permit is just another ‘licence’ to print money, so to speak.

I haven’t many feminine-inspired items in my possession, but I’m quite fond of my pink-paper driving licence, which costs less than half the price of the new one.

I’ve begun to ‘tyre’ of these bureaucrats. They’re driving us all mad.
