Lesson in media ownership

Your editorial (Nov 30) asking all of us, and especially those at the top of the power pyramid, to “learn a lesson on concentrated media ownership” is a point well made.

The fact that the most powerful citizens in this State were able to make decisions over a long number of years which eventually bankrupted the country, without being adequately challenged, is a lesson for all of us.

It is especially a lesson for those in charge of and working in the media.
