The recent Supreme Court decision in relation to the children’s referendum has greatly disturbed me in two aspects:

The final word

One, the Government’s judgement in this role based on previous referendums and, secondly, the amount of ministers who kept referring to the previous High Court’s decision. Do these ministers know how the courts works — ie that the Supreme Court’s decision is final?
