We should look take a look at children’s allowance again

With child-benefit reform being discussed, perhaps it’s time to restrict the number of children per family for whom benefit is paid, based on the needs of the society.

Such a move would not save a great deal of money, but that is not the point.

The point is to discourage irresponsible behaviour.
