Kate the new target for paparazzi
She may be an innocent woman now, but she will have to grow up very fast if she is to survive the shark-infested waters of the paparazzi, who will create a media market on her good days and bad days.
Clearly, she has already set the standard by making powerful global fashion statements, and those who want to sell their products through the media all scrum for exclusive shots of the fashionable duchess.
One can also see the expressions of reserve in the duchess — serious photos that may reveal a woman who may not have realised what she was getting into by marrying into the royal family.
She seems out of her depth at times, and it is quite likely that she will be the next Princess Diana, which the tabloid media and other vultures with other agendas will do to their best to foster.
Let’s hope for her sake that she does not end up in same struggle to fight for a modicum of privacy that Diana ending up fighting for, unsuccessfully, to her death.
