Preaching intolerance

It can be argued that the film The Innocence of Muslims is offensive pornography which denigrates the beliefs of billions of fellow human beings, and that the makers are guilty of a gross abuse of the right to free speech.

It is only one example of the abuse of the right to free expression to proclaim contempt for other people’s opinions and values.

Too much of the output of TV stations and the public media, including internet discussions forums, are little more than a self-indulgent, hate-filled apologia for violence and intolerance towards fellow human beings and all that they hold dear.
