Gender inequality on insurance

Much has been done to stamp out gender inequality when giving insurance quotations.

However, nothing has been done to stamp out employment status inequality for those who may not have a job. Insurance companies are looking far more favourably at employed persons when issuing a quotation. There is no justification for this type of discrimination and arguably puts the insurance company at greater risk.
