TDs expenses are undeserved

I find the debacle over TDs’ expenses frustrating considering the excessive wages they already earn.

Expenses should be paid to workers on an average wage when extra expense is placed on them by their employer.

When you’re an elected member of the Dáil your wages are already high enough to pay for travel expenses, hotel stays, etc. Greed is the only reason a TD would claim expenses; a way of saving their massive earnings to treat themselves to the finer things in life.
