Why not paying pays

Greece did not honour the terms of its first bailout, yet the Troika gave it funding.

It did not keep the terms of its bailout and the Troika gave it more funding.

Greece defaulted and the Troika forgave it 75% of its debt and gave it more funding.

Greece now threatens to reject the terms of its present bailout agreement and the Troika have said they will facilitate Greece staying within the euro.

The G8 countries say they will facilitate Greece staying within the fold.

Greece is right to reject the ‘austerity alone’ model of economics.

Spain, the Netherlands and the G8 countries, USA, Canada, Britain, Italy, Japan, Russia, France, and Germany support that view.

On May 31, we must reject ‘austerity alone’. God help us if we say yes to the fiscal treaty; we will be the only ‘yes-man’ to the bankers of Europe.
