Passive, but not stupid

I have a ‘get out of hell free’ card for our Government on the household charge.

Drop it for this year and allow anyone that has paid get a credit toward the full and fair property tax when it is introduced next year.

The Government’s biggest problem is the injustice of implementing austerity, alongside sending our cash out of the country to vile bankers.
