Magic jobs’ solution

Having read the Pathways to Work document it is clear to me that it has two clear objectives:

* Place the blame for being unemployed on the unemployed;

* Cut social welfare and increase corporate welfare.

Aside from this, the document can either give great offence as it suggests that the Government holds the view that the public can be so easily duped into believing that such a programme can achieve anything, or it is a source of serious concern that we have a government that actually believes that this package will magic into existence jobs for the 75,000 to be initially targeted.
