FF has already done enough to the country

FIANNA FÁIL is now down to 10% in the opinion polls.

This horrific situation requires urgent action by the Irish voters. That one in 10 people would vote for them displays clearly that an alarmingly high proportion of recent emigrants secured a visa to “cloud cuckoo land”.

This magical kingdom is a place where it is permissible to vote for a party that in recent decades has put around the cabinet table, thieves, liars, jailbirds, gunrunners, religious fundamentalists and John O’Donoghue.

Now I hear Eamonn Ó Cuív wants to rebrand the party. An excellent idea. May I suggest Fianna Fáil light, Diet Fianna Fáil or perhaps Fianna Fáil Nua.

The new party could have a few less tax dodgers, cut down on the level of private island ownership and try to be better at not getting caught. Perhaps it could also try to be corrupt on just Tuesdays and Thursdays and therefore have more time available during the rest of the week for betraying our country whilst keeping every cumann mucker busy filling out expense forms at boardroom tables, just so the lads can have something to do between elections.

Remember their promise “A lot done, more to do”?

I ask you, have they not done enough to us? Do we really want them to finish the job? We all know that Mícheál Martin is a decent and honest man but it’s way too late, they are beyond help. Please, take this sick dog to the vet and have it put down before it jumps up and bites us again.
