Minister Quinn should seize vacant church properties

RUAIRI QUINN should do more than threaten to take schools off the hands of the religious authorities; he ought to support a seizure of all vacant properties abandoned by religious orders in the country, and where the deeds are lost in time or gathering dust in the Vatican.

He might be surprised how much support he would get.

If there is any change left he could probably pass it on to a failing bank, after the victims of church and state abuse have been compensated.
