Hanging garden of Cork another piece of folly

WILL it be known as “the hanging garden of Cork”? Another piece of folly. Are these people removed from reality?

The roundabouts on the Skehard Road are surely indicative that something is amiss. These flower beds were manicured pristinely by the city council gardening section for years and now they are a showcase for overgrown weeds. Were these sacrificed for the whim of some celebrities and politicians?
