Successful royal visit a boost for tourism
The tall Cork fishmonger who made the queen laugh in the English Market may just bring a million more tourists to Ireland this summer because it showed off two of the best attributes the Irish should be selling by the ton — fabulous, fresh food and a great sense of humour.
Now all you need is to prove that Liz has ancestors who came from Schull, or some such beautiful west Cork town, and you’ve cracked it.
