Disgracing our republic

AS a follow-up to the useful guide to those stuffed onto the boards of quangos, could the Irish Examiner provide a list of the forelock-tugging shoneens who this week bent the knee to Mrs Windsor of London.

I saw on TV the great and good of Trinity lined up like schoolchildren as they awaited a few words of condescension from the royal personage; it was stomach-turning, and I would be interested to know exactly who it is that’s disgracing this republic.
