HOW will Queen Elizabeth’s entourage approach the English Market on her visit to Cork?

She cannot be driven down Washington Street, which is an eyesore to look at, and the Patrick Street end of the Grand Parade leaves a lot to be desired with the old cinema and the three dilapidated shop fronts next to it.
