It’s up to us to demand answers from politicians

IN the forthcoming election campaign politicians will be calling to your door, or accosting you in the street looking for your vote.

Rather than saying you will or will not vote for them, why not have your own queries prepared in advance, preferably written out and hand to it to them while demanding answers to specific questions which are of concern to you?

Better still, contact your local politicians by letter, email, fax or carrier pigeon if you wish, and insist on getting answers to your questions, rather than listening to waffle and spoof.
