Cowen tops the list of ‘Ireland’s worst’

HOW apt that on the day that Brian Cowen’s tenure surpassed John Bruton’s (so that he will not be remembered as the shortest serving Taoiseach), the IMF were called in.

Cowen’s legacy is already established — he’s the worst Taoiseach since the foundation of the state.
