Time to fly

THIS is the biggest disaster for Ireland since O’Neill and O’Donnell lost the Battle of Kinsale (and with it the old Gaelic civilisation) 400-odd years ago.

Time now for a new flight of the earls led by the two Brians with Bertie Ahern and Charlie McCreevy in tow — and let them take their rotten republic with them.
