History of Gael Linn in the making

I AM writing a history of the Irish language organisation Gael Linn, which was founded in 1953.

I am researching the first 10 years of the organisation and would like to hear from anyone who was involved in or has information on any of the projects which Gael Linn undertook during that period.

Projects included a sponsored radio programme on Radio Éireann, the publishing and promotion of traditional music recordings, Gaeltacht scholarships, the Damer Theatre in Dublin, drama festivals throughout the country, Cabaret Gael Linn, the Irish language newsreel, Amharc Éireann, and the films Mise Eire, Saoirse, Peil, Christy Ring, etc.
