Despite Cassidy’s assertion that most senators are full-time, according to the Register of Senator’s Interests only 10 claim to have no occupational income outside the Seanad. Even more interesting is that Cassidy lists income from seven properties in Dublin, three of them hotels, and two in Mullingar. !
