Question of trust

I CANNOT subscribe to the view lately espoused by many, including some of my party colleagues, that it is time for a national government.

Question of trust

The very bedrock of our recovery must be a renewed trust between our people and the government that serves them. Benjamin Disraeli once said that “that all power is a trust”, but sadly Fianna Fáil has chosen to ignore this most noble aspect of government and has shattered people’s trust in politics as a whole.

We don’t need a national government, we need a new government, and if it is to succeed, one without any Fianna Fáil presence.
