IT seems the only difference between Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil in relation to property developers and bankers is that Fianna Fáil cosied up to them in the Galway tent and Fine Gael cosied up to them at the K Club.

Both parties are in favour of privatising state and semi-state companies. In short, there is no difference between them. They are both right-wing political parties that support free market capitalism.

I wish the Labour party would form an alliance with other leftist political parties, individual leftist politicians and others with leftist views, and stand a candidate in every constituency so the people have a real choice at the next election.
