Spending issue

AS a parent, teacher and fundraiser I am having extreme difficulty in equating John O’Donoghue’s lavish spending of €126,000 (Irish Examiner, July 27) and the €100,000 which my colleagues, parents and friends are desperately trying to raise to build two classrooms for our special needs pupils.

Am I missing out on something?
