RECENTLY I was a patient of Bon Secours Hospital in Cork. From the moment I was greeted at reception every person I came into contact with was friendly and professional.

The nurses were compassionate and attentive. I found the ward to be clean and comfortable.

I was nervous about the procedure but when I was wheeled into theatre, the various attendants put me at ease and before I knew it, it was over.
