Cutting bankers’ pay

POLITICIANS are quite right to call for a review of bank executive pay; it must be a relief to have their own pay out of the spotlight.

Let’s hope their calls for such a review are not just sour grapes and that it will lead to considerable cuts in bank executive pay.
