Cowen at the wheel

I THINK people who are ferociously attacking Brian Cowen at the moment should give him a break. He’s the most suitable man to drive the country along this long road out of recession.

He may not be talking much to the country at the moment, but neither do parents when they are driving a car full of kids.

It’s annoying to hear “are we there yet?”... “need the loo”... “I feel sick” every five minutes from the back seat.
