Taxpayer should not have to hold the baby

Such people need to wake up to the fact that this reality is the lot of many women who have a responsible attitude to reproduction. The taxpayer could be saved millions if lone mothers wererefused any assistance until they revealed who the father was. He should then be forced to pay his share towards maintenance.

That would soon teach him the meaning of responsibility. Single mothers and their partners must be compelled once and for all to assume responsibility for their reproductive behaviour.
