McCreevy’s policy takes a battering

I’M very pleased to see ‘Deregulation’ Commissioner Charlie McCreevy finally being put under pressure in Europe for the huge part he has played in freeing the markets here and throughout the rest of the EU as much as possible from government regulation.

We all know the consequences of that policy now.
