Ganley should come clean on Lisbon funds

THANKS for your report on Declan Ganley’s funding of his opposition to the Lisbon treaty (September 18).

Mr Ganley stated: “Apparently, I’m being backed by the CIA, UKIP and the American military. What’s next? I’m working for Martians? I get advice from lizards?”

I’m not sure where Mr Ganley got the €1.3 million to fund his anti-Lisbon treaty campaign, but he should divulge his source. I do not mind if he gets advice from lizards, but I do mind if he gets money from US military interests. It is way past time he told us.
