Eagle-eye on Russia

RUSSIA’S intervention in Georgia is a warning worth heeding.

Other geopolitical things are going on, too.

Witness Russian attempted moves in the Americas, ie, in Cuba and Venezuela. Also mark its active interest in resource-rich polar regions.

Given all that has been happening regarding Russia, the sooner the Skibbereen Eagle resumes its vaunted vigilance in that direction, the better.
