Challenges and crisis

I READ with amusement in Thursday’s Irish Examiner (August 7) where Health Minister Mary Harney stated that the economy is now facing major challenges.

Could anybody tell me where this minister is coming from?

Eighteen months after she took up her post as Minister for Health, Ms Harney told all the national newspapers that the health system was going through a crisis, but the dogs on the streets have known this for the past 20 years.
