Congratulations to the Tesco Young Chefs of the Year: Senior winner was Laura Clifford from Co Louth.

Laura presented a Nettle Soup, cod, courgettes and potato cakes. Junior winner was Donncha MacBride also from Co Louth who served crab salad, Irish Pork Wellington with stuffing, cabbage and bacon.
