Stabbed Poles simply ‘brushed’ past gang

GARDAÍ have called on two teenage girls who were with the young men who murdered two Polish men last Saturday to come forward.

The call comes as Justice Minister Brian Lenihan yesterday said he understood there would be a “successful outcome” to the Garda investigation.

He condemned the murders of Marius Szwajkos and Pavel Kalite, both aged 29, as did Taoiseach Bertie Ahern, who is on official business in Poland.
