Suitable location for cluster bombs summit

CREDIT to this country for hosting in May an official diplomatic summit to outlaw anti-civilian cluster bombs. That’s good work.

Staging such an essential event goes to show the potential contribution of a small neutral country in terms of international initiatives for human rights.

Happily the humanitarian legacy and reforming spirit of former foreign affairs ministers Frank Aiken and Sean MacBride still live on.

A sense of social pride seems legitimate this once.
