Poster illustrates the point for all believers

THANK you for giving us that beautifully crafted poster ‘Life on Earth’ (October 11).

I may bring it along when celebrating Sunday Mass and explain that the reason for our weekly Resurrection celebration is that we believe God, who created all this, was born on this earth 2000 years ago.

He was (and is) known as Jesus Christ, who died and rose again.

This God-incarnation has given a wholly new dimension to earth and cosmic history.

He has commanded us believers to convey his teaching about life here and hereafter to each generation of human beings, even if some should find it unbelievable.
