Bus accident thanks

ON June 27, members of St Finbarr’s GAA club ladies’ section were involved in a bus accident on Military Hill, Cork.

On their behalf, I would like to thank everyone who helped us on the night: the firemen, gardaí, residents of Wellington Road, Military Hill and surrounding areas, and the staff of Cork University Hospital and Mercy Hospital. Noel Doran witnessed the accident and called the emergency services — we thank him for his quick actions. We also wish the Quill sisters a fast recovery.
