IT didn’t take John O’Donoghue long to demonstrate his complete unfitness for the high office of Ceann Comhairle..

Did anyone bother to tell him the office includes the role of keeping the peace in Dáil Eireann?

He showed his true colours with his unbelievable loss of temper thereby proving his unsuitability for the job he is overpaid to do.

He should resign for his own sake and for the sake of his Taoiseach before he gives himself apoplexy and explodes before our eyes.

That would not be a nice way for our political masters to start their long holidays.
