JACKIE HEALY-RAE has revealed his deal with Bertie.

It means some landowners in his constituency will be allowed to site-farm and to export live animals to Muslim countries for ritual slaughter. And his constituents are to have a disproportionate amount of public expenditure lavished on them.

But there was nothing at all about political corruption.
