Don’t give up, Enda

I BELIEVE Enda Kenny has a duty to the many voters — such as those of my own family — who helped him recover many Fine Gael seats to explore the formidable obstacles facing the formation of an alternative government.

Don’t give up, Enda

If the principal demands of the smaller parties consist of modest increases in capital gains taxes on the wealthiest speculators/developers in the country and windfall taxes on rezoned land, alongside meaningful reform of the way political parties are funded, such a government would be a worthwhile achievement — even if, in the worst case scenario, it were to last less than its full term in office. Take courage Enda. As you have already indicated, speak to all the elected representatives.
