Sinn Féin voters have an eye to the future

VOTERS in great numbers will cast their ballots for Sinn Féin today because they understand the true meaning of the words ‘peace’, ‘reconciliation’ and, above all, ‘change’.

Some will be voters who have been around for a long time and have seen the transformation from conflict to peace on this island.

Others who might be voting for the first time will opt for true change and with an eye on the future. It’s a pity that Anthony Hartnett (‘Keep Sinn Féin out at all costs’, Letters May 19) cannot free himself from a mindset of the past.
