A couple of Eden’s famous Cocktails to rustle up at home

Eden

Highball glass

Orange peel string

2 shots of Absolut Mandarin

½ shot of elderflower cordial

1½ shots of apple juice

Top up with tonic water

Shake the first three ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Top up with tonic water.

Espresso Martini

Large martini glass

2 coffee beans

2 shots of Absolut Vanilla

1 shot of Kahlua

1 shot of espresso

¼ shot of sugar syrup

Chill glass. Half-fill the shaker with ice. Add all the ingredients to the shaker.

Shake very well to get a frothy top. Strain ingredients into the glass, garnish and serve.
