How Bertie can help innocents abroad

I WISH to congratulate the Taoiseach on the news that he is to become a grandfather. I hope everything goes well for mother, father and baby.

I think Bertie will make a wonderful grandfather.

And it’s most appropriate in this context that he is going to change the constitution so that every child in the country will have greater protection.
