The Restaurant Show 2006 is on this month, from Monday 18 to Wednesday 20, at the Olympia in London. It is the only show dedicated to the restaurant trade.

Attractions include: Culinary Skills Theatre — chefs from some of the world’s 50 best restaurants will be interviewed and share their culinary talents.

Wine Academy — a theatre dedicated to wine, featuring talks, tastings and demonstrations covering the world’s wine regions.
