IN response to some recent confusing media reports and to opportunistic, ill-informed and unhelpful comments from some transport commentators, I wish to reaffirm that Dublin Airport Authority has no involvement whatsoever in the supply of aviation fuel to Dublin airport, or its management at the airport.

This is a direct contractual relationship involving the airlines and the fuel suppliers.
