ATTEMPTS to brush up the image of Judas Iscariot are not exactly big news.

“I have no thought at all about my own reward. I really didn’t come here of my own accord.”

That’s a direct quote from Judas. It’s not from the sensational new Gospel of Judas, now on release, but from the 1973 musical Jesus Christ Superstar.
